FAQ

SHIPPING: We are based in the United States.  Orders are shipped out approximately 3-10 business days from purchase date.  Business days are Monday through Friday, and does not include weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING TIMES: Once a package is shipped out, the time it takes to reach its destination may vary based on location.  Domestic shipments within the United States take 3-5 business days to arrive.  International shipments can take at least 1 to 4 weeks to arrive.

Covid-19: A number of countries are experiencing shipping delays due to Covid related issues.  We do not receive any additional information on what delays will look like or when they will occur.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Yumekaze.jp is not responsible for fees associated with import and does not issue refunds based on this issue. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.


TRACKING INFORMATION: A tracking confirmation email with tracking information should go out when your shipping label is printed.  Your shipping label will be printed anywhere within the 3-10 business day time period.  

Please note, once we print the shipping label BigCartel automatically sends out a notification even if we are still in the process of creating and packing your order.  Please check the tracking number to verify your shipping status.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Can I place your stickers on painted surfaces? - USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.  We do not recommend placing vinyl stickers directly on painted surfaces, primarily because we cannot account for the quality of the paint job, the condition of whatever is under the paint (think rust), or the skill of the person removing the sticker.  If they are removed carefully it is highly unlikely that it will damage paint.  That being said, we cannot stop anyone from applying them wherever their heart desires.

I put my email in wrong; what do I do? - If you realize the email address you input is incorrect after the order confirmation and/or shipping confirmation email have been sent, please reach out to us via our Contact form.  We will ask for some identifying information.

I put my mailing address/name in wrong; what do I do? - Please reach out to us immediately via our Contact form.  We will ask for some identifying information and update your mailing address as needed.  IMPORTANT: Once your order is in courier hands, we will not be able to change the mailing address or name.  Yumekaze.jp is not responsible for shipping delays or returns caused by this issue.  If the item is returned to us and you no longer wish to recieve the item, you can request a refund minus shippping fees.  If the item is returned to us and you would still like to receive the item, any additional fees charged by the courier will be requested from you, the buyer.


Can I use my nickname on my order? - While we understand and respect the need for privacy, we do not recommend using a nickname on your order.  Doing so could confuse the courier and delay (or halt) your shipment once it is in courier posession.  Yumekaze.jp is not responsible for shipping delays or returns caused by this issue.   If the item is returned to us and you no longer wish to recieve the item, you can request a refund minus shippping fees.  If the item is returned to us and you would still like to receive the item, we will issue a refund minus shipping fees and you will need to order again.

 

What is the "Notes or Instructions" section on the checkout page? - This section is for notes or instructions directed to us, Yumekaze.jp.  **IMPORTANT** - If you have a note or instructions for the courier, you need to reach out to them directly.  We do not have a way to provide delivery instructions to the courier and we are unable to attach it to the outside of the package.
